Just like Ajooni. 🐨 She was found stranded on a busy road in Western Sydney, scared and alone. Thankfully, a concerned motorist called WIRES, and our team acted fast. Now, she’s in the expert care of WIRES volunteer Emma, getting the love and support she needs to grow healthy and strong. Every time WIRES receives a distress call for a koala, we send an urgent alert so help can reach them without delay. We’ve sent 870 alerts in the past year… and that’s exactly how Ajooni was rescued so quickly.
