L’affinamento è una fase fondamentale per lo sviluppo del gusto che desideriamo ottenere in bottiglia. La calma e quiete in cui sono immerse le nostre cantine accompagnano ogni azione, in un lavoro in stretta collaborazione con la natura. Così come vuole la tradizione, i nostri vini passano da 8 mesi a 3 anni in grandi botti di rovere di Slavonia per poi sostare in bottiglia per almeno 6 mesi. Un processo di cui siamo direttori e custodi e che, senza fretta, compie la magia che chiamiamo vino 🍷 —-- The maturation is a fundamental phase in developing the taste we aim to achieve in every bottle. The calm and quiet of our cellars embrace each step of the process, where every action unfolds in perfect harmony with nature. As tradition dictates, our wines spend from 8 months to 3 years in large Slavonian oak casks before resting in the bottle for at least 6 months.
