Together, we envision a world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination—a world that's diverse, equitable, and inclusive, where difference is valued and celebrated. As we gather to honour International Women's Day's rich history spanning over a century, we recognise that many of the issues impacting women's advancement still persist. This is why we must act now. The World Economic Forum reports that at our current pace, achieving full gender parity could take 134 years—that's five generations away, projected for 2158.
