We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented IT Technician to join our Helpdesk team
Advanced English Required*
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing efficient desktop support, managing Active Directory and Office 365 user accounts, and troubleshooting various applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge & Experience in:
-Windows 7, 10, 11
-Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2021
-Systems Administration Including Active Directory, Windows Group Policy
-Troubleshooting DHCP, DNS, File, And Print Services
-Solid Knowledge Of TCP/IP Networking
-Solid Knowledge Of Microsoft MS Office 365
-Experience With RDP And Citrix
-Experience With Remote Management Tools
-VLANS, Routers (VPN, VOIP System Is A Plus)
-Experience as a project manager is a plus
Working Hours:
The IT Technician will follow a standard working schedule from 8 am to 6 pm.
