Hero Journey Club is a weekly therapist-led program for teens who are feeling overwhelmed, withdrawn, anxious, or just… not like themselves. Your teen will meet once a week for a 50-minute audio-only session, guided by an experienced therapist. They’ll explore science-backed emotional tools and techniques without the pressure of traditional therapy.
