This past Saturday, our Community Health team had an incredible day at the Harm Reduction Resource Fair with Care Beyond the Boulevard. We provided vital services like A1C tests and Tdap vaccines, and handed out essential supplies, including hygiene kits, menstrual care items, and oral rehydration packets. It was an inspiring day with over 100 attendees, live music, and so many valuable resources from other dedicated organizations (clothing, food, CPR training, and more!). We're proud to be part of a community that comes together to support one another!
