SABATO 28 GIUGNO CAMICIA E ARROSTICINI Affacci spettacolari, stelle alpine, camosci e panorami mozzafiato, questo è quello che può offrire un’escursione sul Monte Camicia, una delle vette più alte dell’Appennino Centrale (2564m s.l.m), la vetta più orientale del massiccio del Gran Sasso. Percorreremo un itinerario di cresta che ci porterà prima sul Monte Tremoggia, poi sulla vetta del Camicia, soffermandoci sulle bellissime balconate che si affacciano sulla parete nord per poi proseguire verso la cima dove godremo di un panorama unico che spazia dalla piana di Campo Imperatore fino al mare Adriatico. E alla fine per chi vorrà il consueto terzo tempo con Arrosticini e non solo…. DATI TECNICI ESCURSIONE: DIFFICOLTA’: E-Media DISLIVELLO: CIRCA 950m DISTANZA: CIRCA 10Km DURATA: 7 ore circa MATERIALE ED EQUIPAGGIAMENTO CONSIGLIATO Scarpe da trekking, zaino, bastoni telescopici, T-shirt traspirante (anche una di ricambio), pile o maglione, K-way e giacca antivento (possibilmente in gore-tex), pantaloni comodi per camminare(lunghi), borraccia (acqua almeno 1,5lt, fino a 3lt in estate), pranzo al sacco, cappello, guanti, occhiali da sole, crema solare, macchina fotografica, lampada frontale per escursioni serali o notturne. IMPORTANTE: Scarpe comode per il viaggio e post-escursione!
