Badger Trails 65th Annual Glacial Trail Hike Hike, backpack and camp In Wisconsin’s beautiful Northern Kettle Moraine State Forest. The hikes range from 3.5 to 10 miles per day. If you are unable to hike with us at the official event, you can hike the trails on your own at anytime this year and we will send you the limited edition commemorative patch and a trail map in the mail. Throughout the event, Badger Trails provides periodic checkpoints, water stations, manned road crossings and shuttle services. Although we encourage participants to take part in the entire event, we also accommodate those who are interested in camping at one location for the duration of the event and hiking part of the trail or simply coming for the day to day hike part of the trail. We shuttle you back to your vehicle every day so you are never without your vehicle and can choose to backpack as much or as little gear as you like during the event.
