The Manager will lead fundraising, marketing, and social media efforts to advance Al-Shifa Institute of Eye Care, USA and its partnership with Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospitals, Pakistan. Responsibilities include: Key Responsibilities 1. Fundraising & Donor Development ➡️Develop strategic fundraising to achieve annual and long-term goals. ➡️Partner with Al Shifa Trust to showcase patient success stories and boost donor engagement. ➡️Engage and secure support from global donors, sponsors, and diaspora communities. ➡️Organize and manage fundraising events, both in-person and virtual. ➡️Lead grant proposals for philanthropic, multifaith, and private agencies. 2. Marketing & Community Engagement ➡️Manage multi-platform promotional campaigns across print, electronic, and digital media. ➡️Build personal and professional ties to strengthen community networks. ➡️Boost visibility by representing the organization at key events and brand presence via social media and donor recognition. ➡️Share impactful success stories and eye care initiatives to build trust and credibility. 3. Social Networking & Public Relations ➡️Actively engage potential donors via active social media outreach. ➡️Gather data on charitable Pakistani diaspora and global communities. ➡️Expand reach through digital innovation and creative content. ➡️Build ties with leaders, influencers, and partner groups. 4. Financial & Reporting ➡️Report fundraising performance monthly/bi-annually. ➡️Ensure cost-effective fundraising and submit timely leadership reports. ➡️Protect donor privacy and uphold fundraising compliance. Eligibility and Requirements ☑️U.S. National, preferably holding dual nationality (U.S. and Pakistani). ☑️socially active with strong community ties. ☑️Proven fundraising and marketing expertise, with strong communication, creative content skills, and digital tool proficiency.
