I want us to be strong, confident, mobile, and well in mind and body, caring for each other and everything around us - and I believe this is possible when we look at the bigger picture.
Not just the next year, but the next *decade*.
I blend functional strength training, mobility & flexiblity, yoga and breath work, and psychotherapy across all our sessions - and within each session.
Can we stop reducing our health to how we move and what we eat?
Because when I look at you,
that's not what I see.
I see a full human, with a life & hopes & dreams & stresses & loss & magic in their very bones.
I see the contradictions & the struggle.
I see the strength & the courage.
That's who I'm inviting into each session.
That's who I'm going to be in each session.
Moving our body is called a 'bottoms up' approach to change i.e. we start with the body, and it changes the way we feel. Therapy/counselling/coaching is a 'top down' approach i.e. we start with our feelings, and it changes our body/life.
Our approach to change is BOTH bottoms up AND top down - and that means they meet in the magic middle.
