What you’ll do: ✔️ Operate mixers, grinders, pellet mills, and other feed equipment ✔️ Run our automated bagging and palletizing system ✔️ Perform quality checks and follow safety procedures ✔️ Assist with inventory, loading/unloading, and general maintenance ✔️ Keep accurate production records What we’re looking for: ✔️ Experience in ag or industrial work is a plus — but not required ✔️ Mechanical skills and comfort using automated systems ✔️ Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player ✔️ Able to lift 50 lbs and work in changing conditions Ready to get started?
