After spending 8 years in a top secret location, Matt Button (Technical Director), Phoebe Philips (Head of Design), Darren Dowcra (Construction Director) and Myself, we have developed the MOST AFFORDABLE ENERGY EFFICIENT BUNGALOWS on the market. 💡✨Solving this Panda's problem, and hopefully over 80% of the populations aged 65+ request for this type of design. High energy costs are completely unacceptable, and this was something we wanted to address, so that we / our friends / our families / our communities, do not have to be squeezed. Eating our hard earned savings. I can't share too much as we are looking at Design Patents, but the homes have achieved air tightness levels that mean unlike current new-builds and existing homes that leak heat in the winter and cool air in the summer, our homes do not, keeping them at a comfortable temperature all year round 😀 Only a quick update, as I am just trying to share a little more about our homes, and how all the input you have all had over the years is finally coming to life!
