With two years of high school left, I didn’t know what to do next.
Eventually, I pursued Petroleum Engineering—an alternative. I thought it would help me make enough money to one day open a restaurant.
But life had other plans.
The oil boom collapsed. Jobs vanished overnight. I had a wife, a newborn son, and no career.
Then, one night, I walked into a new restaurant bar and met a man wearing a chef’s coat. 👨🍳
