Unless we are truly allergic or intolerant to something(which needs not acceptance), let us try to broaden and diversify our intake. Diversity in diet is associated with better nutritional status and gut microbiome.
For starters, let us at least aim for 20-30 different foods weekly as a general guideline, with the premise that everyone's gut is different and may need a gradual increase. Stop all the processed readily packaged so called food. Grow some of your herbs and vegetables yourself.
