Have you ever noticed how even when you do rest, it doesn’t always feel like it actually works? You take time off, you sleep in, you do all the right things… and yet, your body still feels wired, tense, or completely drained.
That’s because deep rest isn’t just about slowing down, it’s about feeling safe enough to switch off. If your nervous system is stuck in stress mode, your body stays in high alert, making it impossible to fully relax.
This 2 to 2.5 hour session is designed to help you gently shift out of that state, giving your body the chance to reset and unwind in a way that feels natural, not forced.
🌿 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼 (𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝘀):
✔️ Breathwork – Stress changes how you breathe. We’ll use breathwork to calm your nervous system, helping your body register that it’s okay to let go.
✔️ Progressive Muscle Relaxation – Tension builds up in the body without us realising. This technique releases stored stress, so you’re not unconsciously carrying it day after day.
✔️ Indian Head Massage – The scalp, neck, and shoulders hold onto a lot of stress. This will ease tightness, improve circulation, and help clear mental fog (perfect if you feel like your brain is running on low battery).
✔️ Reiki – When emotional stress leaves you feeling drained, reiki helps restore balance, creating space for more ease and clarity.
✔️ Weighted blankets, a bolster & a heated eye pillow – Feeling safe is key to deep relaxation. This setup gently signals to your nervous system that it’s okay to soften.
✔️ Mini sound bath with Koshi chimes, an ocean drum, and crystal & Himalayan bowls – Sound frequencies help slow down brainwaves, guiding you into a deeper state of rest than you might be able to reach on your own.
This isn’t a magic fix, but it’s a powerful way to give your body what it needs to rest and recover properly. Because when your nervous system isn’t running on empty, everything starts to feel more manageable.
