If so, Darts Agency wants YOU to lead the charge as our next Creative Director! What You’ll Do: 🎬 Take the Lead * Attend briefing sessions and discuss Brand, Selling Strategy and purpose of the brief with the Account Director or appropriate member of the Account team. * Join brainstorming sessions and collaborate to shape the creative direction. * Proactively gather the info you need to take the project forward. * Lead the creative team in the development of visual content, including graphics, videos, and multimedia materials, for print and digital platforms. 🎬 Concepts & Visuals: * Whether you’re flying solo or teaming up, create fresh, engaging concepts. * Once approved, get the job polished and ready for the next steps. * Oversee amendments, ensuring top-quality results! * Work hand-in-hand with Creative Services to produce stunning visuals. * From stock shots to custom photoshoots, you’ll make sure it all comes together. * Get involved in TVC shoots and post-production, adding your creative touch. 🎬 Beyond the Basics: * Present and refine concepts to perfection. * Stay ahead of the competition by keeping up with trends. * Manage your time like a pro and hit those deadlines. Self-Growth: * Stay hungry for personal development and growth. * Regularly review your performance and develop your skills further!
