📣 THANK YOU 📣 We would like to give a massive shout out to the volunteers, members and families of the Cornets Club committee. Without them, all of the ride outs, cornets ball and dinner, family fun events, barbecues, as well our much loved Guid Nychburris Day ride, would simply not take place. Everyone works extremely hard throughout the months leading up to our main Guid Nychburris day and they complete jobs that will go largely unnoticed by the general public as many are behind the scenes. Whether it be checking routes are safe for the ride outs, stewarding on horseback, in vehicles and on foot, repairing and maintaining the Castledykes war memorial, replacing flags, cutting back hedges, ground repairs, cutting grass, fencing the Kingholm gallop and park farm chases, organising rosette orders, handing out refreshments for riders, bagging up riders ribbons, setting up barriers on Guid Nychburris Day, clearing the stage following the crowning, setting up for the Loreburn hall for the Cornets Ball, they simply do it all and so much more! Thank you once again, we appreciate everyone giving up their time to support the club 💙🤍
