Then become our new 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧 As a Coordinator, you are the connecting link between our office, our clients and our temps. You know the tricks of the trade and know exactly what is needed to serve our clients optimally. In this versatile position, you are often out of the office and have a lot of contact with our temps. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫: • Actively participating in expansion with existing clients • A good daily planning of temps at the customers • Requesting temporary employees from the recruitment team • Visiting meetings at the clients • Requesting forecasts from the clients and coordinating these with the recruitment department • Taking care of the administration surrounding the planning and placement of temps 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 • You can work at least MBO level • Experience with planning and affinity with the temping industry is a plus • You speak English and Romanian.
