Requirements:
Commercial painting in offices, retail, and other buildings
Experience with spraying, brushing, rolling, and surface prep
Operate lifts and assemble scaffolding as needed
Mask and protect surfaces before painting
Use safety gear and ventilators for fume protection
Apply primers, sealers, paint, stains, and finishes
Mix and match coatings to spec
Remove/reinstall fixtures as needed
Follow all safety rules and site regulations
