ESD All-Star Champion: Collaboration Marilu Bedolla-Jaimes, Public Information Representative The Collaboration Award is presented to Marilu Bedolla-Jaimes. She encourages teamwork, builds partnerships, advocates for cooperation and mutually beneficial solutions, actively listens, and communicates in an open and positive manner. Marilu is an understanding and engaging collaborator who has successfully coordinated various outreach projects within ESD. For a new Commercial outreach campaign, she developed and consistently updated a comprehensive timeline to ensure that deadlines were met. In addition to supporting long-term planning, Marilu also proactively communicated project developments and was accessible. Her exceptional listening skills enhance her daily interactions, and her empathy, honesty, and can-do attitude foster enjoyable and productive work partnerships.
