Clio is a true cloud-based service, it’s fast, dynamic, and good. I like what I’m seeing, it beats LEAP. LEAP’s software is just too old and clunky. We looked at Actionstep - it was too clunky, too hard. Clio is just so much faster. LEAP used to give us all the excuses like say your internet and computers are not fast enough but that wasn’t the issue. It is hard to change. We are so used to LEAP and we have used LEAP for 15-17 years, so it’s a BIG deal to change. Clio is really a breath of fresh air. Believe me I’m not easily impressed but now that I have made the call, I am very happy.
