Job Title: Campaign Marketers (4-Day Project) Duration: 4 Days Location: BUEA, SOUTHWEST Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in marketing Industry: Fintech / Financial Services Job Description: We are looking for energetic and persuasive Marketers to support a 4-day field campaign promoting our virtual and physical debit cards. The role involves direct engagement with potential clients, distributing flyers, explaining product benefit, capturing leads and drive sign-ups on the spot. Key Responsibilities: • Promote and explain the benefits of our debit cards (Physical and Virtual) • Approach and engage with potential users in public and high-traffic areas. • Assist customers with on-the-spot registration or sign-up • Distribute flyers and promotional materials • Generate leads and submit daily reports • Represent the company professionally at all times Requirements: • At least 1 year of experience in sales or field marketing • Strong communication in both English and French • Confident, persuasive, and good at public interaction • Energetic, punctual, outgoing, and target-driven • Basic knowledge of fintech or digital payment products is a plus Documents Required: • A Resume • Cover letter • Certificate of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing • Professional Certifications (if available) • Identification document.
