Finally, we held the ceremonial signing for the Iloilo Bulk Water Supply Project OPS (Original Proponent Status) with Aboitiz InfraCapital, Inc., our newest partner in addressing the city's growing water needs. This is an unsolicited proposal from Aboitiz. After thorough discussions and careful review, our PPP Council determined that this project will greatly benefit our city. This development ensures consistent access to clean water for all.
