Bluestone is a timeless stone and has been used in civil projects, buildings and landscapes for hundreds of years due to its durability, thermal qualities, versatile applications and minimal processing requirement - making it an eco-friendly choice. Popular in the 1800s during the Gold Rushes as a building material quarried from around Victoria and South Australia, it was used to build many heritage buildings around Australia.
