I'm excited to let you now that a free, no obligation taster session for my new, upcoming online women's course is on May 20th - 7-8pm online! If you want to find out more about mindfulness and how it can help you, this is a perfect introduction.
The 4-week course then starts June 10th at 7 -8.15pm. Course cost £50 (£45 early bird).
The focus of this course - Befriending The Body - is about creating positive, life enhancing pathways in relating to and connecting with our bodies. It includes gentle mindful movement, body scans, and body breathing. Experience your body in a whole new light! Beginners and more advanced mindfulness meditators welcome.
