I just found out ANOTHER business located at https://crraftinhome.com has stolen my Bees and Blooms table runner pattern and is selling it on their site without my permission or agreement. It appears that my pattern has been stolen again for financial gain by this "business" that is apparently operating from Hong Kong. I have contacted this business, identified myself and provided information regarding my design of this pattern and my legal business entity, and have demanded them to cease and desist from selling my pattern without my permission and contractual agreement, and have ordered them to remove the listing from their website. I sell all of my patterns exclusively at HeartlandQuiltery.etsy.com; currently no other business entity or individual has my permission or is contracted to sell any of my patterns, including Bees and Blooms. I ask that people please respect my work as a quilter, artist and business owner and purchase my patterns only through my own website. If you have purchased one of my patterns from another site, I would appreciate knowing about it so I can follow up with my business attorney to pursue the theft of my intellectual property and infringement.
