The Experience This one-of-a-kind gala invites guests to experience a 7-course, multi-sensory meal that explores Florida’s story — from its prehistoric roots to its resilient future — through immersive dining, sound, scent, and light. Why It Matters Every moment of the evening reflects our mission: that no family in Florida should face disaster alone. In 2024, the Florida Lantern Project provided emergency shelter, storm recovery, and critical aid to over 50 families — all powered by volunteers and donors like you.
