Women’s Beach Fit PT Program is a blend of fun, great workouts and results.
The program will run for 10 sessions, twice weekly Tuesday and Thursdays 7am sessions, outdoors and held at Camp Bay. Program designed for all fitness levels.
Our goal is to make your goals happen. we’ll keep you motivated and ensure you achieve maximum results in minimum time and at an affordable price!
Includes a Healthy Eating Plan plus a BONUS class of your choice from our weekly Timetable at The Base Training Club.
