🚨 Complaint Against BMW Titanium Autos, Ranchi – Poor Service & No Response 🚨 I own a BMW bike and recently visited BMW Titanium Autos, Ranchi, due to an issue with the handle. The service team said the issue was due to suspension oil and charged me: 🔧 ₹4028.49 for oil 🧰 ₹3372.91 for labor 💸 Total: ₹7401.40 I trusted their expertise and paid the full amount — but unfortunately, my bike’s issue is still not resolved, and it’s actually getting worse day by day. What’s more frustrating: 📍I stay 250–270 km away from the service center. 📞 I’ve been calling them for 7 days, (+91 91539 64372 ) and now they simply say: “Come again and show us the problem.” After 10days a senior person called and promised, “We’ll send a technician in 2 days.” 🕒 It’s been 5 days, and no one has come. No follow-up. No response. Is this how BMW service works? I feel ignored and frustrated, especially from a premium brand like BMW. What shocked me the most — the technician working on my bike didn’t even know how to open the suspension. I had to stand there and watch them struggle with basic things. 👉 I’m now requesting @bmwindia to please intervene and help resolve this issue.
