Also, ghee and cow’s milk are revered in Ayurveda. 2️⃣ Ayurvedic skincare products will make all skin problems go away (NOPE‼️ We need to talk about your digestive fire and toxins first). 3️⃣ It’s perfectly “normal” to poop 💩 once a week. (Wrong, again‼️ If you are eating 3 meals a day, shouldn’t you be eliminating regularly too?🧐) 4️⃣ Ashwagandha should be a go-to for anyone battling stress (Wrong‼️It all depends on your prakriti and vikruti). Ayurvedic herbs are potent so stop treating them like candy. 5️⃣ Indian cooking is the same as Ayurvedic cooking‼️ Gosh, Charaka didn’t include “Chicken Tikka Masala” or “Saag paneer” or “Mango Lassi” in the Vedic texts.
