Africa is a vast and vibrant continent - so expansive, in fact, that India, China, and the United States could all fit inside it with space to spare. But its scale isn’t just geographical. Africa is richly diverse, shaped by a mosaic of cultures, languages, and histories across its regions. With over 2,000 languages spoken, including more than 500 in Nigeria alone, Africa’s diversity runs deep. It’s this intricate tapestry of difference that makes the continent so unique. Few people will view Africa through the lens of its potential, because the well-trodden narrative of poverty, aid and war is too well known to allow us to really think afresh about the continent. We see it differently. Africa has a redemptive potential in God to be the greatest blessing to the world over the next few decades.
