In this 3-week art therapy group, participants will be supported through creative body-focused guided practices and artmaking to use hands, feet, and faces as symbolic “maps”. Participants can increase self-awareness, self-expression, insight, and strengthen their mind-body connection. No previous art experience is required. What to Expect?
