This was designed for the woman who has a lot on her schedule and needs a chance to set aside the busy, the fast pace, and the commitments to simply relax, connect with friends and create. Where she can fill her bucket and allow her to continue to give to her family and her community. She can expect opportunities that allow creativity (more specifically drawing, painting and pottery). There is a schedule with lots of freedom to explore, create, visit with other creatives and relax. www.artescapewithme.com Event runs March 6th 1pm - Sat March 8th 2pm (optional horseback trail ride to finish with starts at 1:30 additional $25 fee) Accommodations are simple and clean with shared, heated bunk-bed style cabin in a beautiful forested camp 1 hour NW of Calgary just a bit south of Sundre (Camp Evergreen) Six meals and two snacks are included. We understand that not everyone is going to want a top bunk so rooms can be divided 3 to 4 people pr room. Up to 6 people max pr room (There are 3 bunk beds pr room.) Bring your sleeping bag. Warm clothes and boots would be a good idea if you want to explore the grounds, It might be a bit chilly! You may also like to bring any projects and supplies that you have underway and want to work on. Expect prizes, teaching, and community, hands on creating and some great chats! There will be art demos and discussions in both painting and pottery with the ability to get your hands involved.
