What We’re Looking For:
Creative Visionary: A bold thinker who can push design boundaries and bring fresh perspectives to every project.
Experienced Professional: 3-5 years of experience in architecture with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Collaborative Team Player: Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can effectively communicate ideas to clients and team members.
Technical Expert: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, preferably (Rhino and Revit) and a solid understanding of building codes and regulations.
Detail-Oriented: A meticulous eye for detail with a commitment to high-quality design and execution.
Key Responsibilities for Architect:
Develop innovative architectural designs and solutions from concept to completion.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding projects.
Prepare and present detailed drawings, models, and presentations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies.
Key Responsibilities for Interior Designer:
Develop creative and functional design concepts that solve spatial challenges.
Create detailed 2D/3D designs, layouts, mood boards, and presentations.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, color schemes, and decor while managing budgets and timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
Keeping up with industry trends, materials, and innovations.
