Nigerians would have assumed that the persistent failures of her refineries to function over the years were attributed to spiritual problems. Unfortunately, they were issues created by Nigerian politicians.
Even the Port Harcourt refinery that consumed $1.5 billion, allegedly now operational, NNPCL declines to disclose its daily production and capacity. Consequently, I will withhold commendation to NNPCL and Present Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
After all, what Nigerians want to experience is a reduction in pump prices of petroleum. Anything else is inconsequential, not even the beautiful pictures of the Warri refinery.
