Dan gave me 12 weeks to get him in shape for America 🫡
So what did we do? Gave him a full BODY REBUILD✅
➡️ 6kg down
➡️ Kept most of his muscle
➡️ Still eating out, still training hard
We didn’t cut everything.
We just got focused.
Tight plan. Simple structure. Weekly tweaks.
He wanted to look like he trains,without spending 3 hours in the gym or living on chicken and broccoli.
And we did just that.
I already can’t wait for him to be back from his holiday to see how he gets on in a bulk 🤣🤝🏼
