This program is designed for every level so you can meet your personal goals!
Anyone with an interest in improving their fitness and learning more about the sport of fitness - walk to jog and/or running in a fun and social atmosphere is qualified to join. We offer three distinct program levels for everyone.
Beginners or couch-to-5k - join our Learn to Run Program. We will guide you from walk/jog intervals to jog/walk intervals at a safe and gradual introduction to improved fitness. Ready to tackle the Vancouver SunRun in April!
For everyone else, wanting to improve your pace/stamina, join our Run Easy/Run Stronger program! With our interval training and steady run program, we will have you running stronger at a pace with comfort and flare!!
This 15 week program will have you prepared for the Vancouver Sun Run in April.
Come have fun, learn to run or learn to run stronger in a group environment to keep you motivated and getting fit!
Programmed written and supervised by Lynn Kanuka, Olympian athlete. Our program design is specifically developed to help you gain strength with a safe running technique. The PEN RUN "Learn-to-Run * Run Easy/Run Stronger" Club is fun & effective for all!
