To assist the social media & Website designer in the marketing department to liaise with and market to existing clients, prospective clients on company communication platforms. Handle customer queries and complaints as well as assist with content creation and updating of website.
Key roles and responsibilities
o Answer Facebook communication and comments/reviews
o Ensure that all coments are accurate and recorded in detail
o Verify and clean leads which are generated via the multiple streams (Social Media)
o Liaise on website livechat and load leads onto SAM system
o Refer potential clients to sales staff
o Provide value-added services offerings, to build relationships
o Assist with content creation for Facebook and Instagram
o Assist with creation of Web Campaigns and Advertising on Facebook
o Assist with updating Vehicle Model Pages on website
Load vehicles onto 3rd party sites
o Post content car deliveries and for Saturday morning events/displays
Qualifications / experience required
- Essential
o A Diploma/Degree in Marketing Communications/Media or Public relations
o Computer Literate
o MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook)
o Business English ability (speak,read & write)
- Desirable
o 1 Year Marketing and communications/ Customer relations experience
o Familiar with Adobe creative suite products (Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro)
o Photography/videography and editing skills
