✨The “Magic” of Manifestation! ✨ Perhaps it’s not ‘magical’ at all. 🤔
The concept of ‘manifestation’ has been around for a while, but it feels to me like it has only recently become a buzzword of the times. Everyone is talking about ‘manifestation’… The Law of Attraction. How to get what you want. Create desired realities.
These are my personal thoughts, ideas, and opinions about manifestation. I find them changing as I recall instances where I’ve manifested something and consider what others are writing and saying on the matter. While there are likely ‘common threads’ I don't believe there are ‘hard and fast’ rules for manifesting.
No doubt some people are absolutely fixed and resolute in knowing exactly what they want to manifest. And, per some ‘experts,’ that’s exactly what is needed for success. One cannot attain a goal without a precise and detailed ‘vision’ of what the outcome will be. 🗝 To me, the key seems to be that the ‘mental’ image must be coupled with an ‘energetic’ experiencing – or feeling – of the state of ‘having’ that thing or circumstance BEFORE it’s (physical) manifestation.
The belief and ‘knowing’ what the reality of the desired outcome FEELS like is essential for manifestation success. You must experience the thing as REAL. Manifesting it within your being/belief system is a 🗝key component🗝 to successful manifestation of that which you wish to manifest! Again, this cannot be overstated: Your desired outcome must live within you as TRUTH. You must embody the energetic state of already having ‘it’ with every fiber of your being and consciousness to attain ‘it’ in the physical.
✨‘Forced’ vs Organic Manifestation✨
If something is meant for you, it WILL manifest regardless of your best efforts and all the ‘tools,’ methods and machinations of your mind or FORCE of your will. In my opinion, if it’s meant for you, you will have it even if you do nothing.
Compare this to learning to walk. A child is likely not conscious of walking – the body is maturing and peripheral desires: to get there faster, to emulate others, to explore, to reach, etc. work with natural (physical) processes to make walking happen IN THE RIGHT TIME and in proper increments for success (roll, sit, rock on knees, crawl, stand, walk) You can put a baby in a walker or support them to stand, guide their steps, etc. But they will not TRULY walk (independently) until all necessary conditions within that child are met. Despite all your efforts and ardent desire and the child’s frustrations, best efforts, and desire. The manifestation of walking will happen when it’s meant to happen.
❓Why bother at all❓ Urges, desires, inclinations and internal ‘nudges’ are needed for manifestation. These ‘catalysts’ are felt within us to guide us toward life lessons, our purpose, a desired job, relationships… anything (material or situational) we believe we ‘want’ or ‘need’ to feel happy or successful.
‼️I will only manifest ‘positive’ things‼️ We all know that’s not true. ‘Bad’ things manifest all the time. Did we (unconsciously) do that? Perhaps it’s more accurate to say we ‘unintentionally’ manifested something ‘negative’ by worrying, obsessing, ruminating… spending too much time in the mental/emotional state of something we want to avoid.
Embodying a state of energy – whether ‘positive’ or ‘negative’ – works the same way. Whether you want it or not, your thoughts and beliefs create / attract your reality.
👉Are you able to realize that manifestation is a PROCESS and not always an ‘instant appearing’?⏳ Many expect manifesting something to be a fast process. If it takes too long then they give up and/or don’t want it anymore. Conclusion: manifestation doesn’t work.
I know from personal experience that ‘instant manifestation’ IS possible. But it is more than: “I want it then I shall have it!” I believe it can also be a ‘long game.’ Personal development, growth, evolution, ‘creating the right conditions,’ growing into the proper state are all necessary parts of the manifestation process.
Many may not see it that way because we’ve been led to believe that manifestation is meant to happen quickly. We fail to see (or appreciate) the buildup along the way. As soon as you desire to manifest something, you must also act and behave in ways that PREPARE you for that thing – develop and embody the character and the mindset to receive and be a proper steward of the manifested ‘gift.’ Realize that in the process of doing that, you may outgrow your original desire for that thing you wished to have.
🤔Perhaps manifestation happens quickly if you are already in a proper state to receive?
❓Is manifestation a ‘carrot / stick’ dynamic❓ You envision and are motivated by the reward / desired outcome. As such, you ‘do the things’ needed to achieve that outcome. If that involved changing your attitude or mindset along the way, you may find you no longer want the original ‘thing’ and, as a result, you abandon it and focus on something else. Perhaps, then what manifests is actually a ‘better,’ more evolved version of you!
❓Is it possible to manifest something for someone else❓ Some say: “Yes!” and are able to cite examples where they have done just that.
I am open to the possibility but remain uncertain. My thoughts go back to my earlier example of a child learning to walk. Many parents are so eager for their child to walk. They employ devices and all manner of assistance to ‘teach’ them to walk as soon as possible. Regardless of their best efforts and a strong desire that the child start walking, the child will NOT walk until all the right conditions are met. The child’s body must be physically mature enough to be able to manage all the processes of walking. I believe a child has to be mentally and emotionally ready to walk as well. Through their own desire and determination, the child, ultimately, makes the decision to walk.
