Free from steps, moves and daily limitations. Led by certified and accredited 5Rhythms® Waves Teacher, Marjolein Akkerman. When you’ll enter the dancefloor, the music is there to invite you to a warm-up and connect with ourselves, in your own tempo, An musical journey will follow, inviting a deeper dance exploration, guided through the 5Rhythms®: Flowing – Staccato – Chaos – Lyrical – Stillness® After the slowdown, we’ll come together in a closing circle for a warm cup of tea and the invitation to share and connect with the tribe. 🌈 This dance meditation and movement practise is designed for beginners to experienced dancers, ages 16 and above. ✨ What will these sessions bring you ❤️ A safe and non judgemental space to unwind, release and move freely. 🫀 A healthy body and happy heart. 👣 Improvement on your connection with your body, and your surroundings. 💃🏻 Enjoyment of being your own body and surrender to your own dance. 👥 A supportive dance community. 🎒What to bring? Just come as you are! Bring a water bottle and comfortable flexible clothing to move and sweat in. We encourage you to dance barefoot, bring clean, indoor dancing shoes when needed. Door opens 15 min before class starts with music to settle in. Please allow time for parking, checking in, and getting ready. The class starts in time, please plan accordingly.
