8月14日讯，银河证券研报表示，目前市场已经充分定价了9月降息的预期，而在三季度通胀回升、失业率上行偏缓、8月关税再加码延长温和涨价影响、特朗普未来干预美联储并加速降息能力增强的情况下，9月降息未必是板上钉钉的事件。美联储目前仍处于“可降可不降”的阶段，确认9月能否降息还需要更多数据。
